Aistermo ВХСК ПАЛЬМІРА 1.5 Refrigerated Display Case

The Aistermo ВХСК ПАЛЬМІРА 1.5 refrigerated display case is designed for chilled food merchandising in buffets, serving lines and kitchens of schools, kindergartens and medical facilities. It suits displaying salads, cheeses, dairy products, sausage products and fish at a temperature that meets sanitary rules for storing chilled food in institutions with organised catering.

The case measures 1500×820×1200 mm, with a 160 L storage chamber and a 575 mm display width, and curved glass. The refrigeration unit is built-in, the compressor is an Embraco, and control is electronic with thermo-indication. The operating range is 0°C to +8°C, with a recommended ambient operating temperature of +15…+25°C. Cooling is static, energy consumption is 6.0 kWh per day, and the unit weighs 150 kg.
