Student chairs

Sizing by height: size groups 1–7
The sanitary regulation (Ministry of Health order №2205, 25.09.2020) requires sizing by pupil height; functional dimensions and safety are set by the current DSTU EN 1729-1 and DSTU EN 1729-2. A chair takes the same number and colour as the desk; seat height by number:
- No.1 — height 1000–1150 mm, orange mark, seat height 260 mm;
- No.2 — 1150–1300 mm, violet, 300 mm;
- No.3 — 1300–1450 mm, yellow, 340 mm;
- No.4 — 1450–1600 mm, red, 380 mm;
- No.5 — 1600–1750 mm, green, 420 mm;
- No.6 — 1750–1850 mm, blue, 460 mm;
- No.7 — over 1850 mm, black, 500 mm.
We offer fixed-height and adjustable (type II) chairs, T-frame and metal-frame models with plywood or plastic seats.
Standards compliance
Our furniture meets the general requirements of DSTU GOST 22046 for educational furniture: rounded seat and backrest edges (radius 10–30 mm), an ergonomic backrest angle and safe materials. GOST 11016-93 applied until recently; from 2026 the reference is DSTU EN 1729, with the size-group and colour system retained.
