Delivery

Delivery terms within Kyiv:

Our staff contact the customer the day before delivery or in the morning of the delivery day to confirm readiness to receive the products.
Delivery is carried out Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
The company does not accept delivery orders for a specific hour but takes into account preferences for the first or second half of the day.
Delivery cost within Kyiv:
- up to UAH 10,000 — UAH 800;
- from UAH 10,000 to 30,000 — UAH 500;
- over UAH 30,000 — free.
Products are delivered to the building entrance or the ground floor of the premises, provided there is free access to the unloading area.
Please ensure free access to the unloading area at the time of delivery.

Carrying products without an elevator

student chair — UAH 10 per floor per unit;
student desk — UAH 20 per floor per unit;
cabinets, shelving and oversized furniture — from UAH 50 per floor per unit;
for large deliveries the cost is calculated individually.

Furniture assembly

Assembly is carried out within 1–3 business days after delivery or at a time agreed with the customer.
The cost of assembling standard furniture is 10–15% of the product value.
For budget institutions, schools, kindergartens and large projects, installation terms are agreed individually.
Height adjustment of student furniture is included in the assembly cost.

Repeat visit

If a repeat visit is made at the customer's initiative (absence of a responsible person, change of acceptance time, change of configuration after delivery, etc.), the cost of an additional visit is from UAH 800.

Additional services

Delivery within a time interval agreed with the customer — from UAH 500.
Express delivery — from UAH 1000.
Loader services — UAH 350 per hour (minimum order 2 hours).
Fastening cabinets together — UAH 100 per section.
Installation and assembly of furniture outside business hours — by individual calculation.

Note

For educational institutions, tender supplies and comprehensive equipping of classrooms, offices, libraries, canteens and kindergartens, the terms of delivery, carrying-in and installation are calculated individually depending on the order volume.
