Conditions of delivery in Kiev:

  • The company's employees will contact You the day before delivery, or in the morning on the day of delivery from 8.00 to 10.00 to confirm the readiness to accept the product. The company does not have the ability to warn the customer about the delivery date 2-3 days in advance.
  • Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00 and possibly later.
  • Please note that we do not accept orders for delivery at a certain time, but only try to fulfill your wishes for the first or second half of the day. 
  • The cost of delivery by our motor transport in Kiev is 150 UAH (for orders from 1000 UAH to 5000 UAH), and free of charge (for orders over 5000 UAH).
  • Products are delivered directly to the lobby (behind the door) of the first floor of the delivery address room. 
  • Unloading of goods in the lobby of the building occurs only when the truck is able to drive up close to the entrance. 
  • Please check the free entrance to the place of unloading at the time of delivery.
  • Lifting on floors or distribution of products on the building is paid separately, at the rate of: 100 UAH first floor, 200 UAH on the second floor, and 100 UAH for each next floor for the volume of products up to 10,000 UAH, with a larger amount the amount increases proportionally.
  • Product Assembly takes place in one of the next five business days after delivery. No need to call the office. The assembler will call you back to your contact phone number, and you will agree directly with him about the date and time of Assembly.
  • The cost of assembling furniture in Kiev is 10 % of the cost of products (for orders from 1000 to 5000 UAH) and free of charge (for orders from 5000 UAH). Height adjustment of furniture is paid separately and costs 10 UAH per unit of product.
  • In case of repeated departure on the client's initiative (the customer was absent at the agreed time, changed the configuration after delivery, etc.), the cost of repeated departure will be an additional 100 UAH.
  • Additional paid services of our company: Collection immediately with delivery - 200 UAH; Assembly at the set time by the customer-200 UAH; delivery of furniture at the set time by the customer-200 UAH; Screed of cabinets between them - 25 UAH/1 section".

Terms of delivery in Ukraine:

  • All goods are checked and insured before shipment. When receiving cargo from the carrier, the recipient must check the integrity of all packages for damage. If there are no claims to the integrity of the cargo, sign the cargo documents. If mechanical damage is found (scratches, dents, etc.), it is necessary to draw up a damage report and leave the damaged cargo to the carrier. 
  • Replacement of the cargo is made by us only after providing the certificate. After receiving the cargo from the carrier and signing the cargo documents, responsibility for the integrity of the cargo passes to the recipient and claims are not accepted."

Attention!

  • Do not dispose of product packaging, stickers, or passports until all products are fully assembled.
  • If you find a defective product, you must send it to our email address to replace it with a new one servis_servis@ukr.net photos of the above products with marriage, packaging for approval of this issue with the manufacturer. The replacement period of the product takes place within 2 weeks, when the production defect is confirmed.

How much does delivery cost?

  • The cost of delivery in Kiev, as well as in Ukraine is displayed on the product page or on the website of carriers in the tariffs section.
  • When ordering furniture in the amount of 5000 UAH and above, delivery in Kiev is free*.
  • Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by carriers "New Mail", "Intime", "Sat", "Delivery", to the warehouse or to the address.
  • We kindly ask you to check the completeness and integrity of the product at the time of receiving the order.

What do I need to have with me to pick up my order?

  • To pick up a product from our warehouse, you need an invoice according to which you paid for the product, and a document confirming the identity of the payer.
  • To pick up a product from the carrier's warehouse, you need a passport and a Declaration number that we will send you by SMS notification or email.

What happens if I can't pick up my order from the carrier's warehouse?

  • Your purchases will be waiting for you at the carrier's warehouse for three days. In more detail, you can read the terms of cargo collection on the website of the transport company that carries out the transportation.
