The Aistermo ВХСК ПАЛЬМІРА 1.8 refrigerated display case is used for chilled food merchandising on serving lines, in buffets and kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. It works well for displaying ready meals, salads, dairy products, sausages, cheeses and dried fish at a temperature that meets sanitary rules for storing chilled products in public sector organisations.
Overall dimensions are 1800×820×1200 mm, storage chamber volume is 190 L, display width is 575 mm, the glass is curved, and the unit is floor-standing. The refrigeration unit is built-in, the compressor is an Embraco, and control runs on an EVCO electronic unit. The operating range is 0°C to +8°C, cooling is static with natural cold air circulation.
