The COLD MODENA w-18-pvp-k-GN refrigerated display case is a Modena-series counter for presenting chilled dishes on serving lines, designed to hold GN gastronorm pans in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as in buffets and cafeterias at educational and healthcare facilities.
The unit has a length of 1880 mm including side panels, a display area of 1.51 m² and weighs 230 kg. The internal temperature range of +2°C to +8°C (at a room temperature of +25°C and 60% relative humidity) is maintained by dynamic fan-assisted cooling running on R290 refrigerant; the condensing unit can be built in or prepared for connection to an external unit. Body depth is 1200 mm, with a display surface depth of 855 mm.
