The Juka FGL130A refrigerated display case (restyling) is designed for displaying and chilled storage of dairy, cheese, sausage, meat and fish products in school, hospital and foodservice kitchens, buffets and serving areas. Gravity cooling and an open display layout give staff convenient access to the product range at an operating range of -2...+8°C.
The display section and the server's shelf are made of stainless steel, which simplifies wet cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. The case includes a roomy 200 L cooling compartment for reserve stock and energy-saving LED lighting that presents the displayed goods to advantage. Climate class 3 means the unit is meant for rooms with a recommended ambient temperature of +16...+25°C.
