ROSS Delia-1,5 Refrigerated Display Case

The ROSS Delia-1,5 refrigerated display case is the largest model in the Delia line featured here, built for kitchens with a high product turnover: canteens of large schools and colleges, hospital buffets, and cafeterias with an extended range of deli and prepared foods. At 1600 mm long, it allows more display positions without adding extra units to the serving line, which matters when planning an institution's serving area.

Cooling is static, the useful volume is held at 0…+8°C, and the display area is 1.2 m², rated for an evenly loaded product weight of up to 66 kg. Maximum power draw is 650 W, the heater-defrost power is 600 W, and daily energy consumption at +22°C ambient is 8.6 kWh. Unloaded weight of the case does not exceed 150 kg.
