The ROSS Delia-1,7 refrigerated display case is manufactured in Ukraine by ROSS (Kharkiv) for presenting chilled food at service counters in foodservice facilities. Its extended display length and sloped pans make it a practical choice for organized catering in schools, kindergartens and healthcare institutions, where the assortment needs to be shown quickly and clearly.
The cabinet is 1800 mm long including side panels, with a 1.36 m² display area holding up to 75 kg of evenly loaded product. The body is filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam to minimize heat loss, and the medium-temperature compressor reduces electricity costs. The working temperature range in the display volume is 0…+8°C at an ambient temperature of up to +32°C.
