The ROSS Delia-2,0 refrigerated display case is the longest model in the Delia line from the Ukrainian manufacturer ROSS (Kharkiv), built for high-traffic facilities such as hospital catering departments, large school canteens, college buffets and foodservice businesses that need to fit an extended range of chilled dishes on a single line.
The cabinet length including side panels reaches 2100 mm, with a 1.6 m² display area for up to 88 kg of evenly loaded product. The increased pan slope improves product visibility and cold air circulation, while the high-pressure polyurethane foam-filled body keeps heat loss to a minimum. The display volume temperature range is 0…+8°C at an ambient temperature of up to +32°C.
