The ROSS Delia-3,6 refrigerated display case is the longest model in the Delia line, built for large-scale kitchens with maximum visitor flow: catering plants, hospitals and multi-building educational institutions. It is manufactured by ROSS, a Kharkiv-based Ukrainian producer of commercial refrigeration equipment.
The overall length with side panels is 3700 mm, with a 2.88 m² display area that accommodates up to 184 kg of evenly loaded product — the highest figure in the Delia line. The case runs on static cooling, holds a useful-volume temperature of 0…+8°C and remains operational at ambient temperatures up to +32°C.
