The ROSS Rimini-П-1,2 H refrigerated display case is compact deli equipment for showcasing ready-made meals, salads, meat and fish products in the buffets of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice outlets. Its compact footprint allows installation even in small kitchen areas. It is made by ROSS, a Ukrainian company producing this equipment in Kharkiv, which simplifies documentation for public procurement and participation in Prozorro tenders.
The operating temperature range in the useful volume is 0…+8°C at an ambient temperature of up to +32°C. The case is fitted with curved front glass, a stainless-steel seller's countertop and LED display lighting. It includes a spacious refrigerated storage box that significantly increases capacity for stock, plus an electronic controller with automatic evaporator defrost. Display area is 0.68 m², and loaded product weight capacity is up to 45 kg.
