The ROSS SAVONA-1,2 ВС refrigerated display case is designed for counter sales of fresh meat, sausages and deli products in buffets of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other publicly funded institutions. The case is 1300 mm long with a 0.96 m² display area, and the display depth is increased to 800 mm, allowing more product to be shown on the counter at once.
The body panels are made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating and no welded seams, preventing corrosion spots. Curved tempered panoramic glass and a stainless-steel serving counter give the unit a tidy appearance, while automatic control of temperature and evaporator defrost simplifies day-to-day operation for buffet staff.
