The Technoholod PVKhS "Carolina"-2.5 refrigerated display case belongs to the Carolina line — classic wall-mounted deli display cases for presenting and selling chilled foods: deli meats, meat and fish products, dairy items, beverages. The 2400 mm body length allows a large volume of goods per unit, helping shorten service lines in canteens of schools, kindergartens and other foodservice institutions.
The case runs in two sub-modes — 0…+2°C (temperature class М1) or +2…+4°C (class М2) — drawing 600 W and 615 W respectively, with daily consumption of 11.5 and 10.3 kWh. Body side-panel thickness of 90 mm ensures insulation and a stable temperature regime. An optional 700 W electric defrost is available. The case is rated for ambient temperatures up to +32°C and relative humidity up to 55%, running on a 220V ±10%, 50Hz mains supply. Technoholod manufactures its equipment in Ukraine, so the case ships with a full set of documents required for Prozorro tender procurement, without import delays.
