The Aistermo ВХСК ПАЛЬМІРА 2.0 refrigerated display case is the largest model in the Palmira line, built for chilled food merchandising in large buffets, serving areas and kitchens of educational, healthcare and other public sector institutions. It suits displaying salads, cheeses, dairy products, sausage products and fish at a temperature that meets sanitary rules for storing chilled food.
Overall dimensions are 2000×820×1200 mm, storage chamber volume is 210 L, display width is 575 mm, and the display area measures 1900×575 mm. The glass is curved, the unit is floor-standing, and the refrigeration unit is built-in. The compressor is an Embraco, control runs on an EVCO electronic unit, and temperature control is electronic. The operating range is 0°C to +8°C, cooling is static with natural cold air circulation. Energy consumption is 6.0 kWh per day, and the unit weighs 200 kg.
