The ROSS Sorrento 1,2 mid-temperature display case is a medium-length model in the Sorrento line, chosen for counter sales of ready-made food in buffet areas of educational, healthcare and other institutions when more display space is needed than the base 1,0 version offers. The manufacturer produces this model in two versions — with static and dynamic cooling — so several parameters below are given as two values separated by a slash.
Overall dimensions with side panels are 1320×1100×1260 mm. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts from the bottom on gas struts. Display trays and the server countertop are made of stainless steel, while the body is galvanised steel with polymer coating and no welded seams. Sorrento cases can be joined in a line using corner elements.
