The ROSS Sorrento-П-1,2 universal display case is refrigerated retail equipment made by the Ukrainian manufacturer ROSS (Kharkiv) for displaying and briefly holding chilled food on a service line. The compact model suits school canteens, kindergarten buffets, hospital catering departments and foodservice businesses that need a display case without giving up usable display space.
The cabinet length including side panels is 1320 mm, with a 0.85 m² display area that holds up to 47 kg of evenly loaded product. The body panels are made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating and no welding, which prevents corrosion spots, while the high-pressure polyurethane foam filling keeps heat loss to a minimum.
