The ROSS Sorrento-П-2,4 universal refrigerated display case is designed for merchandising ready meals, deli products and beverages at serving counters in school, hospital and institutional cafeterias, as well as foodservice businesses. It is manufactured by ROSS, a Kharkiv-based Ukrainian producer of commercial refrigeration equipment.
The unit runs on static cooling, holds a useful-volume temperature of 0…+8°C and remains operational at ambient temperatures up to +32°C. The overall length with side panels is 2520 mm, with a 1.7 m² display area that accommodates up to 100 kg of evenly loaded product. The cabinet body is filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam to minimize cold loss, and the curved tempered panoramic glass lifts on gas struts for easy servicing.
