The Tehnoholod ПВХСн-КАРОЛІНА-2,5 universal display case is refrigeration equipment manufactured in Ukraine, designed for displaying ready meals, desserts, drinks and cold snacks in canteens, buffets and serving areas of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses. The 2400 mm case length allows a sufficient product range on a single service line, while two operating temperature modes make it convenient for storing both low- and medium-temperature dishes in one cabinet.
The case operates in 0…+2°C and +2…+4°C modes, corresponding to temperature class M1/M2. The two side panels are 90 mm thick, and the unit runs on a 220 V ±10 % 50 Hz (L+N+Pe) power supply. It is designed for rooms with ambient temperature up to +32°C and humidity up to 55 %, with air speed in the display zone of only 0.2 m/s, reducing product weathering and keeping food presentable longer. Electric power is 600 W in the 0…+2°C mode and 615 W in the +2…+4°C mode, with an optional 700 W defrost heater available.
