The ROSS Delia-D-1,0 refrigerated display case is a compact model in the Delia line's D-version with dynamic cooling. A dual cooling circuit with an air-duct system in the display trays creates a uniform temperature field inside the case and quickly restores the set temperature after loading product or opening the doors — a strong fit for buffets and kiosks in school, hospital and institutional kitchens. It is manufactured by ROSS, a Kharkiv-based Ukrainian producer of commercial refrigeration equipment.
The overall length with side panels is 1100 mm, with a 0.92 m² display area and a permitted load of up to 45 kg of evenly distributed product. The case holds a useful-volume temperature of +2…+8°C while operating at ambient temperatures up to +25°C. Continuous evaporator ventilation prevents frost build-up, allowing the unit to do without heater-based defrost and reducing energy consumption.
