The ROSS Delia-D-1,7 refrigerated display case with dynamic cooling is designed for presenting deli products, ready meals, salads, meat and dairy items in cafeterias and buffets of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. The extended display length and increased slope let staff present a wide assortment, while a spacious refrigerated storage box under the counter adds product reserve without extra refrigeration equipment.
The body is filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam to minimize cold loss, and body panels are galvanized steel with polymer coating and no welded seams, preventing corrosion. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts on gas struts, and the display trays and counter top are stainless steel. Made by ROSS in Kharkiv, Ukraine, the case features automatic temperature control and evaporator defrost for simple everyday operation.
