The ROSS Delia-D-3,0 refrigerated display case is one of the longest models in the Delia line from ROSS, a Ukrainian manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment based in Kharkiv. It is built for open display of chilled dishes, salads, meat and dairy products in school and hospital canteens, institutional buffets, and foodservice serving lines that need a large display area at a single station.
The "D" version stands for dynamic cooling: forced air circulation keeps the temperature even along the entire 3100 mm length, including the side panels, which matters most on long serving lines. This format lets an operator present a wide range of dishes at once while keeping consistent storage conditions across the full 2.7 m² display area.
