ROSS Delia-D-3,6 Refrigerated Display Case

The ROSS Delia-D-3,6 refrigerated display case tops out the Delia line as its longest model, built for long serving counters at foodservice businesses and school or hospital canteens that need to present a wide range of ready meals, salads, meat and dairy products at once. It is manufactured by ROSS in Kharkiv, Ukraine, which means faster lead times for tender orders placed by public-sector institutions.

Compared to the shorter model in the line, the case body grows to 3700 mm including side panels, and the display area increases to 3.3 m², allowing a busier flow of customers to be served without extra equipment. Dynamic cooling driven by forced air circulation keeps a steady +2…+8°C along the entire length, so products at either end of the display are stored under the same conditions.
