The Technoholod PVKHSn-ДЖОРДЖИЯ-2,0 universal display case is the larger version of the Georgia line, built for serving lines with a wider assortment — kitchens of schools and hospitals, large buffets and cafeterias that need not only more display area but also extra product storage in a cooled box under the case. Technoholod manufactures its equipment in Ukraine (Lviv region), giving institutions procuring furniture and equipment through Prozorro verifiable origin and a ready set of documents.
The case is 1875 mm long, with a display area of 1.5 m² and 100 mm thick side panels; the cooled box under the case has a 360 L volume. Thanks to forced air circulation, the temperature in the working volume stays even across the 0…+2°C or +2…+4°C ranges (temperature class M1/M2). The unit is designed for rooms with ambient temperature up to +32°C and humidity up to 55%; power supply is 220V ±10%, 50Hz, with an optional 500 W electric defrost heater.
