The Tehnoholod 1,5 Dakota Cube OS VP 85/150 refrigerated display case is equipment for showcasing and refrigerated storage of confectionery, cakes and desserts in foodservice businesses, school and kindergarten canteens, cafes and pastry workshops. It is manufactured by the Ukrainian plant Tehnoholod (Lviv), whose output meets the domestic-production requirements of public tenders for budget-funded institutions.
This is the longest model in the Dakota Cube OS VP 85/150 line — 1440 mm long, with a total display area of 1.74 m², including 0.64 m² of refrigerated display trays. This allows a wider product range than the more compact versions of the series. The +4...+6 °C operating temperature corresponds to temperature class N1, optimal for storing cream-based products.
