The Robot Coupe MP 350 Combi Ultra hand blender-mixer combines an immersion blender and a whisk in a single drive unit with quick-change attachments. It is used for pureeing soups, preparing sauces and creams, whipping eggs and similar tasks in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare large batches of food every day.

The unit belongs to the Combi range, featuring a reinforced drive and a 350 mm working shaft suited for tall pots and large kettles. Speed is adjusted automatically by a self-regulating system that maintains the set rotation regardless of product density — from 1500 to 9000 rpm in blender mode and from 250 to 1500 rpm in whisk mode. According to the manufacturer, the unit can process up to 50 litres per cycle, which is enough to prepare food for several groups or departments of an institution at once.
