The GGM Gastro LIAM ESTI15R ice cream display freezer comes in a bright red finish and is built for serving portioned ice cream at buffets and dining areas in schools, kindergartens and hospitals. As part of the LIAM series, it presents ice cream in Napoli pans and keeps a stable temperature throughout the working day thanks to its static cooling system.
The unit measures 1562x920x1350 mm with a gross volume of 361 L. It holds 13 Napoli pans of 5 L each in the display area, plus another 13 in the lower reserve compartment, so stock can be topped up without interrupting service. The operating range is -18°C to -15°C at an ambient temperature of up to 30°C, running on R290 refrigerant (0.15 kg), 230V/50Hz power supply, with energy consumption of 7.4 kWh per 24 hours.
