The compact Piramit P-7600 contact grill takes up little space on a catering line, making it convenient for smaller kitchens in schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities. Its two cooking surfaces sear food from top and bottom at once, cutting cooking time for portioned dishes.
The grill is built from five components: a stainless steel body, a lid with the upper surface built in, two ribbed cast iron cooking surfaces, an automatic thermostat and an indicator lamp. The thermostat tracks temperature and switches the heating element on only when needed, while the lamp shows when it is running. The cooking area measures 400×400 mm with a combined power rating of 2x0.9 kW.
