Piramit P-1160 Tea Dispenser, 16 L

The Piramit P-1160 is a Turkish-made tea dispenser used at hot-drink service points in educational and healthcare facilities to brew and serve tea to a large group of people at once: in boarding-school canteens, hospital kitchens, and buffets of large children's institutions.

The unit is built from nine main components: the body, lid, brewing basket, filter, indicator panel, taps, side handles, signal lights and thermostat. The brewing basket and filter let tea be prepared directly in the unit, while the thermostat keeps the drink at a stable temperature throughout the serving period. A water-level control system prevents the heating element from running dry: as soon as the water drops below the set mark, the unit switches off automatically and gives a light and sound signal.
