The GoodFood WB30A electric water boiler is a countertop unit with a total tank volume of 26 L (usable volume 24 L), designed for producing boiling water in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities. Unlike double-wall models, this boiler's housing has a single 0.6 mm stainless steel wall.
The heating element is rated at 3 kW at 220 V, giving relatively fast heating to boiling point. The controller allows the temperature to be set between 30 and 100 °C, and the unit is fitted with an automatic thermostat, a water level indicator and voltage surge protection.
