The GoodFood WB10DW electric water boiler is the most compact model in the line, with a capacity of 9 L, designed for producing boiling water in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities that need only a small hot-water point. The housing is made of double-wall stainless steel.
The heating element is rated at 1.8 kW at 220 V — lower than the larger models in the line, matching the smaller tank volume. The controller allows the temperature to be set between 30 and +100 °C, and the unit is fitted with an automatic thermostat, a water level indicator and voltage surge protection.
