The GoodFood WB15A is a countertop electric water boiler for producing large volumes of hot water in institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital catering facilities, cafés and canteens. A 14.5 L total capacity (12.5 L usable) yields up to 75–80 cups of hot water per cycle.
The housing is made of single-wall stainless steel, 0.6 mm thick, with a lid that prevents accidental opening. Water is filled manually, and a level indicator lets staff monitor the volume. An automatic thermostat holds the set temperature within a 30…100 °C range, and voltage-surge protection safeguards the heating element.
