The GoodFood WB16DW electric water boiler is a compact 15-litre countertop unit designed for producing boiling water in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities where a moderate tank volume is sufficient. The double-wall stainless steel housing adds strength and reduces heat loss to the surroundings.
The 2.5 kW heating element runs on a 220 V supply, and the controller allows the temperature to be set between 30 and +100 °C. The unit includes an automatic thermostat, a water level indicator and voltage surge protection.
