The GoodFood WB25DW electric water boiler is a 23-litre countertop unit designed for producing boiling water in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities. The double-wall stainless steel housing adds strength to the construction and reduces heat loss during operation.
The 2.5 kW heating element runs on a 220 V supply, and the temperature controller allows the mode to be set between 30 and +100 °C. The unit includes an automatic thermostat, a water level indicator and voltage surge protection.
