The GoodFood WB30DW electric water boiler is a 25-litre countertop unit for producing boiling water in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities that need a constant supply of hot water for tea, coffee or general kitchen use. The double-wall stainless steel housing adds structural strength and reduces heat loss to the surroundings during operation.
The heating element is rated at 2.5 kW at 220 V, and the controller allows the temperature to be set between 30 and +100 °C. The unit is fitted with an automatic thermostat, a water level indicator and voltage surge protection, improving safety in a shared-use kitchen environment.
