The HENDI double-walled hot drinks boiler with an 18-litre capacity is built for preparing large volumes of hot beverages in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other institutions with organised catering. It lets staff serve hot drinks to a large number of people quickly during breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.
The body is made of 18/8 stainless steel with polypropylene (PP) components. The double-walled construction keeps heat inside the unit and reduces the temperature of the outer surface during operation. According to the manufacturer, the boiler prepares approximately 120 cups in 37 minutes. The working temperature range is 30°C to 100°C, control is via an analog panel, and the heating element (heater) delivers 2500 W at 230 V. Overheat protection is included, and the power cord is 1500 mm long.
