Stalgast Water Boiler 10 L, art. 751102

The Stalgast 751102 water boiler is a compact heating unit for quickly producing hot water in buffets, canteens and catering units of educational and healthcare facilities. Its 10-liter capacity is enough to supply hot water for a small team: brewing tea or coffee for staff and children, preparing instant meals, or washing dishes with hot water during peak hours. Compact dimensions let it fit into a tight serving line or tea-room space.

The body is made of stainless steel, a material that meets sanitary requirements for food-service equipment and withstands daily wet cleaning. A built-in heating element brings water to a boil in about 25 minutes, while a thermostat with a 30–100°C adjustment range keeps the set temperature without constant staff monitoring. A clear water-level indicator and a drip-free tap make daily use more convenient, and a scale build-up indicator together with a safety thermostat flag when maintenance is needed and guard against overheating.
