The Unox CHEFTOP MIND.Maps ONE XEVC-0511-E1RM combi oven is built for kitchens that need a versatile unit with simple, straightforward controls. The model grills, fries, roasts and steams on 5 levels of GN 1/1 gastronorm pans, making it suitable for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens with a varied menu.
Control is performed through a 9.5″ touch panel with an intuitive interface, so the operator does not need special training to run basic cooking programs. Power supply is electric, connecting to either a three-phase or single-phase network; the 67 mm spacing between levels is provided, and the plug is not included.
