The Unox CHEFTOP MIND.Maps ZERO XEVC-0511-EZRM-LP is a version of the base ZERO-line model with reduced 7 kW power consumption, lower than the standard version of the same line. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need to limit the load on the electrical network without giving up the functionality of a professional oven.
The cooking chamber includes a humidification function, and control is performed through a panel with a 7-segment display rather than a touchscreen. Capacity is 5 levels of GN 1/1 gastronorm pans with 67 mm spacing between levels. Power supply is electric, connecting to either a three-phase or single-phase network; the plug is not included.
