The Unox CHEFTOP MIND.Maps PLUS XEVC-0711-EPRM is a combi oven manufactured in Italy for kitchens of educational institutions, kindergartens and hospitals that prepare large volumes of food daily and require a consistent, predictable result. The model combines steam cooking, convection, grilling, frying, roasting, browning and smoking in a single unit.
The oven holds 7 levels GN 1/1 with 67 mm spacing between levels, allowing several types of dishes to be cooked at once. It is operated through a 9.5″ touch control panel with automatic intelligent cooking cycles, so the operator does not need to set temperature and humidity manually for every product. Power supply is electric, with the option to connect to different network types: three-phase with neutral, three-phase without neutral, or single-phase.
