The Unox CHEFTOP MIND.Maps ZERO XEVC-1011-EZRM is a higher-capacity combi oven for kitchens that cook large volumes of food every day: central kitchens of school meal combines, multidisciplinary hospitals and social care facilities. The ZERO line keeps the same simple, reliable control principle without extra settings, built for intensive daily use.
The cooking chamber holds 10 levels GN 1/1 with 67 mm spacing between levels, and the humidification mode allows convection cooking to be combined with steam processing. Control is via a panel with a 7-segment display. Power supply is electric, connecting to a three-phase network with or without neutral.
