The GGF G 6 gas deck oven is a higher-capacity model for kitchens with an increased daily baking volume — school-catering combines, large kindergartens and hospital central kitchens with an existing gas supply. Compared with the smaller model in the line, its chamber is elongated, allowing more items to be baked per cycle without increasing loading depth.
The G 6 chamber is sized for 6 items up to 30 cm in diameter, with chamber dimensions of 620×920× h.155 mm. Overall dimensions of the oven are 1000×1140× h.470 mm. It runs on natural gas at a consumption of 1.904 m³/h, or on LPG at 1.408 kg/h, with a heat output of 15,480 kCal/h. A 230/1/50 V/Hz power connection is provided for the control components. The working temperature range is 50–500°C. The unit weighs approximately 146 kg.
