The GGF X 44/36 electric deck oven is a two-tier model for kitchens with higher baking volumes — central production kitchens of school-catering combines, large kindergarten facilities and hospital central kitchens that need to bake in two independent chambers at once. According to the manufacturer's specification, each of the two chambers holds 4 items (marked as 4+4), allowing different batches to be baked in parallel or a continuous baking cycle to be maintained throughout a shift.
Chamber dimensions are 720×720× h.140 mm, with an item diameter of up to 36 cm. Because the unit has two stacked chambers, its overall height is noticeably greater than the single-chamber version, at 1010×850× h.750 mm for the same footprint length and width. The oven connects to a 230-400/3/50 V/Hz or 230/1/50 V/Hz power supply, with a combined draw of 12 kW. The working temperature range is 50–500°C. The unit weighs approximately 165 kg.
