The Roller Grill GES 75 bakes round waffles, a format traditionally popular in tearooms and catering venues. Its working elements are one round cast-iron mould 185 mm in diameter that does not need to be flipped during baking, since each side has enough heating power on its own.
One batch of golden round waffle bakes in about 2 minutes 30 seconds at 230°C. After baking, the waffle can be split into four equal portions and served individually — for example with ice cream or fruit.
