The Lacor Classic range of ice cream scoops from the Spanish manufacturer Lacor spans several sizes, and the 67070 is the model with the largest working diameter in the line. It is used for forming generous portions of ice cream, sorbet and other chilled desserts in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafés and restaurants.
The working diameter is 70 mm, corresponding to roughly 8 scoops per litre of product — a useful reference for planning portions in a facility's menu. Like other models in the line, the scoop features a guillotine-style mechanism: a moving blade releases the formed scoop in a single motion, requiring no extra effort from staff during mass dessert serving.
Features
- Easy-to-use pastry tool for forming ice cream scoops.
- Guillotine-style mechanism for quick release of portions.
- High strength, built for daily workloads.
- Dishwasher safe.
