The Martellato BF311 French star nozzle is designed for decorating cream desserts and baked goods — a medium-size relief pattern suitable for cakes, pastries and other confectionery. It is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
Made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, it ensures even product outflow and high durability. The 6 mm outlet hole creates the wavy petal-like relief typical of a French star pattern.
