The Martellato French star piping nozzle Ø7 mm BF312 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) to decorate cakes, pastries and desserts — in pastry sections of catering facilities, including school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform outflow of cream or dough and a long service life. The 7 mm outlet hole creates a raised French-star pattern suitable for decorating confectionery.
