The Martellato French star piping nozzle Ø9 mm BF313 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) for finishing baked goods and desserts — in pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and in-house bakeries.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, which ensures uniform product outflow and high strength. The 9 mm outlet creates a deep French-star ridge pattern — sharper and deeper than a standard star — suitable for cake decoration, borders and cream rosettes.
