The Martellato BF319 is a French star piping nozzle with a large 18 mm outlet, designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in pastry kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
It is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The large 18 mm outlet and deep French-star ridges are well suited to bold cake decoration and piped cookies.
