The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø16 mm BT216 is made by the Italian manufacturer and is used in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and pastry workshops for decorating cakes, pastries and baked goods.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 16 mm outlet hole gives a wider round stream than the smaller nozzles in the range — convenient for larger dots, domes and borders on cakes and pastries.
