The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø3 mm BT203 is a tool for fine lines, lettering, dots and detailed decoration on cakes and pastries. Used in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants with in-house baking.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 3 mm outlet is one of the smallest sizes in the round range, which the manufacturer produces with outlet diameters from 2 to 24 mm.
